RUBBER MANUFACTURING
LAS-SAN Plastic Tire manufactures high-performance rubber products and rubber coating solutions used in industrial facilities.
Our company develops rubber with special formulations for applications requiring chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, and long service life.
The rubber compounds used in our production process are developed to provide resistance to acids, bases, solvents, high temperatures, and corrosive chemicals. This ensures that the rubber coatings used on tanks, reactors, pipelines, and industrial equipment provide long-lasting protection.
QUALITY CONTROL
At LAS-SAN, quality control is one of the most critical stages of production in all our rubber coating applications. All equipment that has completed the coating process is thoroughly inspected using test and measurement methods that comply with international standards.
Another important quality parameter is the hardness of the rubber. In this context, Shore A and Shore D hardness measurements are performed on the coating surface. These measurements verify that the elasticity, strength, and performance values of the rubber material used meet the technical requirements.
Additionally, a Spark Test is applied to detect micro-cracks, pinholes, or coating defects that are invisible to the naked eye on the coating surface. Thanks to this test, even the smallest permeability or insulation defects that may occur in the coating are detected and the necessary corrections are made.
Thanks to the rigorous quality control processes implemented at LAS-SAN, we offer our customers rubber coating solutions that provide high durability, maximum sealing, and long service life.

As LAS-SAN LASTİK, we have taken our commitment to sustainability a step further by investing in a 450 kW Solar Power System (SPP). With this project, we aim to support our environmentally friendly production processes by obtaining our energy from renewable sources.
Thanks to our solar power plant investment, we are reducing our carbon footprint, optimizing our energy costs, and doing our part for a more sustainable future in the rubber industry.
