OUR RUBBER TYPES
Types of rubber produced by LAS-SAN,
It has been specifically developed for challenging working environments involving acids, bases, solvents, and corrosive chemicals. The rubber materials used in our production processes extend the lifespan of industrial equipment while ensuring safe and efficient operation.

WHAT WE DO

Ebonit Kaplama
Ebonite coating offers an effective solution for corrosion protection of acid tanks, chemical storage tanks, reactors, pipelines, and process equipment. Thanks to its rigid structure, it provides both mechanical strength and a long service life.

Food-grade ebonite coating
Food-grade ebonite coating protects equipment used in food production facilities from corrosion and ensures hygiene standards, contributing to the long-lasting, safe, and hygienic operation of production lines.

Natural Rubber (NR) Coating
Natural rubber (NR) coating is a type of coating derived from natural rubber that provides particularly high resistance to abrasion. Thanks to the elastic structure of natural rubber, it provides strong protection against impacts and mechanical wear.

Neoprene Coating
Neoprene coating is a type of rubber coating made using chloroprene-based synthetic rubber and known for its resistance to oil, chemicals, and weathering.
Neoprene coatings are preferred in applications requiring moderate chemical resistance, good elasticity, and mechanical strength.

Hypalon Coating
Hypalon coating is a rubber coating solution made with chlorosulfonate polyethylene (CSM) based synthetic rubber, offering very high resistance to chemicals, ozone, and UV rays. Hypalon coatings are particularly preferred in environments containing aggressive chemicals. Furthermore, their high temperature resistance ensures reliable performance in demanding industrial conditions.

Butyl Coating
Butyl coating is a type of rubber coating made using synthetic rubber based on isobutylene and isoprene, and it stands out particularly for its high chemical resistance and low permeability. Due to its extremely low gas and liquid permeability, butyl rubber is frequently preferred in industrial facilities for applications requiring sealing and chemical protection.

Cyclone Coating
Cyclone coating is a specialized rubber coating application used to protect hydrocyclone equipment used in mining and mineral processing plants against wear.
Cyclones can experience serious wear problems because they are exposed to high-speed rotating slurry flows containing abrasive particles. Therefore, the inner surfaces of cyclones are usually protected with a natural rubber coating that has high wear resistance.

EPDM Coating
EPDM coating is a type of rubber coating made from synthetic rubber based on ethylene propylene diene monomer, and is particularly known for its resistance to hot water, steam, and chemicals.
