With over 38 years of industry experience and ongoing R&D efforts, our company has developed specially formulated rubber compounds suitable for various industrial conditions.
These formulas are designed to provide high chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, and a long service life.
Although companies in the same segment that make up the sector may seemingly perform the same work, they have significant differences that set them apart. These differences increase company value but also bring with them many responsibilities.
Since we started production in 1999, we have been "giving an identity to the coating industry" with Türkiye's most modern and high-quality machinery. Our mission, based on a commitment to quality and trouble-free service, requires us to always be one step ahead.
1999 - Establishment of the First Factory
LAS-SAN's production journey began in 1999 with the laying of the foundations of its first factory in the Bursa Kayapa Organized Industrial Zone. This facility, with a 2-acre covered production area, served as the center of the company's rubber coating and manufacturing activities for many years.
2000 - Establishment of Production Infrastructure
Immediately after its establishment, the factory's production infrastructure was strengthened by adding a dough mixing machine, a calender line, and 300-ton capacity press machines to the production line. These investments enabled LAS-SAN to gain strong production capabilities in industrial rubber production and coating processes.
2013 - Autoclave Investment
In line with the increased production capacity, the factory was equipped with a high-capacity autoclave measuring 4 meters in diameter and 10 meters in length. Thanks to this investment, vulcanization processes for large-volume tanks and industrial equipment are now carried out more efficiently.
2015 - Expansion of Production Capacity
In 2015, the production line was significantly expanded. Five new press machines, one calender, and one dough mixing machine were added to the factory, substantially increasing production capacity and operational efficiency.
2017 - Investment in a New Dough Dough Machine
The rubber compound preparation capacity was strengthened by adding a new dough mixing machine with a diameter of 400 mm and a length of 1500 mm to the production line. This investment contributed to continuity in production and standardization of quality.
2020 - ADR Tanker Coating Activities
In 2020, LAS-SAN expanded its field of activity and began applying internal rubber coatings to chemical tankers compliant with ADR standards. This step broadened the company's portfolio of solutions for the chemical and transportation sectors.
2021 - Conveyor Belt Calender System
Efficiency and process control in rubber sheet production were increased by adding a new calender with a 400 x 1200 mm conveyor belt system to the production line.
2025 - Large-Scale Autoclave Manufacturing
A new generation autoclave, designed and manufactured in-house by the company, with a diameter of 6200 mm and a length of 16 meters, has been incorporated into the production line. This investment has given LAS-SAN a significant technical advantage in the coating and vulcanization processes of large-volume equipment.
2026 - New Factory Investment
As of February 2026, LAS-SAN continues its operations in its new production facility built on a 6-acre plot of land in the Bursa Badırga Leather Organized Industrial Zone. This facility, with its modern infrastructure, has been a significant investment supporting the company's growth strategy and production capacity.
